Ingredients:
1 lb. cavatappi pasta (cooked and cooled)
1 cup cucumber (small dice)
1 cup tomato (small dice)
½ cup red onion (small dice)
2 cup mayo
¼ cup white vinegar
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
· In a mixing bowl add the sugar, vinegar, and whisk until all the sugar is dissolved.
· Add the macaroni to the bowl with the salt and pepper.
· Add the tomato, cucumber, onion and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
