Ingredients:
1 12 oz. pizza dough
12 slices peperoni
8 slices mozzarella
9 slices salami
8 slices provolone
6 slices ham
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. On a flat surface, stretch dough to approximately 12 inches long (horizontal) and approximately 8 inches deep. (vertical)
2. Start by layering peperoni making sure to cover the entire dough.
3. Next layer the mozzarella on top of the peperoni.
4. Next layer the salami on top of the mozzarella.
5. Next layer the provolone on top of the salami.
6. Lastly layer the ham on top of the provolone
7. Proceed to roll the dough vertically front to back making sure to keep the ingredients tucked in while rolling.
8. Once fully rolled up the dough should resemble a 12 in log.
9. Place on a papered sheet pan cut side down.
10. Brush the dough with the egg yolk.
11. Using a knife score the log making sure to make deep cuts. This will ensure that all ingredients cook properly.
12. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and then at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
