By now, those who are working from home have found their routine, but are probably wondering what happens when they have to go back to the office.
A lot of questions run through people’s minds about what that return looks like, says Dora Onyschak, regional vice president of
Robert Half, Central Jersey.
“Will they be wearing a mask all day?” says Onyschak. “What are the seating arrangements going to look like?”
Other concerns that come up are social interactions, including lunch breaks and coffee machines.
And some even wonder if they’ll have to go back at all.
“63% of people realized they could do their job from home, and they hadn’t thought so before,” says Onyschak.
According to a survey by HR consulting firm Robert Half, most employees want more video conferencing.
Unfortunately, no one really knows what the future will hold for office employees. But one thing for certain is things will be different.
