A Westchester woman celebrated a milestone birthday yesterday.
Concepcion Duvivier turned 106 yesterday and celebrated at the Field Home on Catherine Street in Cortlandt Manor.
The birthday girl told News 12 she may be 106, but she certainly doesn't feel it. "I feel fine. I never get sick. I just take it easy!"
Concepcion says a key to a good life is to learn good manners.
