On Saturday, officials with the VCA Mount Kisco Veterinary Clinic held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new and improved facility.
The new clinic is more than triple the size of the original space, allowing for upgraded exam rooms, treatment areas and state-of-the-art equipment.
Two more veterinarians will be joining the team to provide more care.
The facility, which has been in the community for nearly five decades, will also include eight exam rooms – an upgrade from the previous two.
“We feel like we're a part of our client’s families, so as much as this is a treat for us, we also feel like this is a gift to our clients too," said medical director Jonathan Olsen.
The clinic is open Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 657 East Main St. in Mount Kisco.
