Despite cold temperatures and wind, runners took part in a post-Thanksgiving run on Friday morning.
The run, which took place at a 100-year-old trail at Van Cortlandt Park, serves as a reunion of sorts for people who ran the trail during their high school and college days.
The run is part of a series of races the park conservatory has held this year.
Organizers say they have raised about $10,000, which will be used to maintain the trail.
