An update on an incident that raised concerns for parents in Westchester shows no charges will be filed after two middle school students reported a stranger tried to lure them into a car.

Officials said it happened last week near Ravensdale Road. The students from Farragut Middle School told authorities two men offered them candy to get into a white car.

Investigators said they located the driver, but the Westchester District Attorney's Office said there is not enough evidence to prove he did anything wrong.
