The second arrest involved 20-year-old Brandon Mima, charged last night with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. Mima is under supervision by the Dutchess County Probation Department for an unrelated case.

Both individuals were arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and were released pending a future court appearance.
