Westchester County police say a truck carrying 43,000 pounds of flowers slammed into the Weaver Street overpass on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway around 6 a.m.
The crash blocked the right lane at the exit for Route 125 near the New Rochelle-Scarsdale border.
The truck had to be pulled out and its cargo off-loaded.
