for a missing person.
Rachal
Capari went missing from her residence on Dec. 27 at Old Post Mall
apartment complex in the Town of Fishkill.
Rachal
does not have a vehicle, and is known to frequent areas around Mount
Beacon and Paterson.
Police
are asking anyone with information
on Rachal's whereabouts to contact the Town of Fishkill Police Department
at 845-831-1110.
