While most Bronx students are enjoying the holiday break, the St. Raymond, Rice and All Hallows boys basketball teams are preparing to do battle with the nation?s top talent.
St. Raymond is headed to Raleigh, North Carolina for the 34th Annual GlaxoSmithKline Holiday Invitational. The three-day tournament starts Wednesday. The Ravens, ranked fifth in New York, open against North Carolina?s Middle Creek High School.Meanwhile, Rice is en route to Houston, Texas to compete in the Sixth Annual Academy National Invitational. The Raiders will play a team from Norcross, Georgia that is ranked 17th in the nation.
All Hallows is headed to Binghamton, New York for the three-day, 15th Annual STOP-DWI Holiday Classic. The Gaels open against Binghamton High School.
