Plans are for the Toonerville Music Festival to move forward on Saturday despite the wet weather that Tropical Storm Ophelia is set to bring to the region.
Volunteers have prepared the festival grounds and they have free ponchos ready to give away. Umbrellas, however, will not be allowed as a safety precaution.
The third annual show is set to kick off on Sparks Avenue in Pelham at noon.
Proceeds will go toward the Pelham Civic Association.
