News 12's Lisa LaRocca is in Thunderbolt 12 checking on roadways as flooding impacts the morning commute in the Hudson Valley.
Here were some of the trouble spots that have since reopened:
In Westchester:
  • The Bronx River Parkway was closed in both directions south of White Plains.
  • The Taconic Parkway was closed in both directions between Stevens Avenue and Commerce Street in Mt. Pleasant.
In Rockland:
  • Route 59 was closed in both directions at Route 303.
  • The right lane of the Palisades Parkway north was closed in New Hempstead.
