Here were some of the trouble spots that have since reopened:
In Westchester:
- The Bronx River Parkway was closed in both directions south of White Plains.
- The Taconic Parkway was closed in both directions between Stevens Avenue and Commerce Street in Mt. Pleasant.
In Rockland:
- Route 59 was closed in both directions at Route 303.
- The right lane of the Palisades Parkway north was closed in New Hempstead.
