Tarrytown officials have confirmed ICE agents were seen Monday morning around 6 a.m. on South Broadway.
According to Tarrytown Mayor Karen Brown, the police department had not been informed that ICE agents would be in the community.
She confirmed they were looking for two individuals.
"One of our lieutenants saw the officers on the street, and when he inquired on what was going on, he learned that they were ICE agents and they had administrative warrants, we believe, to pick up a couple of individuals,” said Mayor Karen Brown.
