A Sullivan County man is facing nearly a decade in prison for selling fentanyl.
Jacob McCoy, 50, was found guilty after a three-day trial.
Officials say McCoy has three prior felony convictions.
Last May, he was also accused of selling fentanyl that led to the death of 16-month-old Akaasha Luvert, who was exposed to the drug in a Liberty motel room.
McCoy faces up to nine years in prison. He will be sentenced in September.
