As President Donald Trump addressed the graduating cadets at West Point, multiple groups gathered outside Saturday to protest.
Veterans For Peace met outside of Abrams Gates and told News 12 they protested what they called the president's dangerous, narcissistic photo-op stunt at the graduation.
The protests consisted of speeches, chants and even 8 minutes and 46 seconds of silence as demonstrators took a knee in memory of George Floyd.
A Facebook event called United against Trump were also protesting, saying they are here to oppose Trump and his agenda and policies.
