Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard has announced she has tested positive for coronavirus antibodies.
Patterson-Howard shared the news on Facebook - saying she is fine and has no symptoms.
She says she attributed how she was feeling to stress.
She urges everyone to get tested at doctor’s offices or urgent care facilities.
