Court documents are revealing new details in the case of missing Connecticut mother of five Jennifer Dulos, as her estranged husband and his girlfriend appeared in court Monday on charges connected to her disappearance.

Warrants show a search of trash cans in Hartford, Connecticut, turned up clothing and sponges stained with Dulos' blood. According to the documents, surveillance video caught Dulos' estranged husband Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, dumping the evidence there.

Both Troconis and Fotis Dulos were arraigned Monday on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and hindering prosecution.

The prosecutor said in court that more charges are likely. For that reason, the judge refused to lower either defendants' bond, keeping it at $500,000 each. Troconis has since bonded out.

Neither Dulos nor Troconis responded to reporters' questions as they arrived at court in custody. Troconis kept her head down and face hidden, and Dulos wore a baggy orange jumpsuit.

Both are suspects in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos, of New Canaan, Connecticut, who was last seen dropping her kids off at school on the morning of May 24. Her car was found abandoned that evening near Waveny Park in New Canaan.

Dulos has not been found. Authorities were back at Waveny Park Monday in connection to the case.

Police had previously searched a property in Pound Ridge that is linked to the Duloses.

Warrants show that police found blood stains and blood splatter in Jennifer Dulos' home in New Canaan, along with evidence that someone tried to clean up the scene.

The documents also show that Fotis Dulos and Troconis were seen on surveillance cameras from that day, stopping at more than 30 locations along a 4-mile stretch in Hartford to throw out multiple trash bags.

Police later recovered those items, and tests confirmed they were stained with Jennifer Dulos' blood.

The attorneys for the defendants would not comment.

The judge put several restrictions on either of them being released, including posting bond at the courthouse, turning over their passports and wearing a GPS ankle monitor.

The case was transferred to Stamford, which is typical in cases with more serious charges.
