A popular filling station for boats along the Hudson River is just getting back on its feet after being devastated by Superstorm Sandy.
John Panebianco, the owner of Stony Point-based Panco Petroleum, says he is thrilled to see boats returning to fill up at his dock for the first time since Sandy ravaged his business.
"It's very fresh. It's very painful, but it's just great to see boaters coming back," he says.
Panebianco says his family's 107-year-old business used to sell 100,000 gallons of fuel to boats every summer. He's hoping to sell 30,000 by the end of this summer.
