Police believe teenagers are behind the holiday display vandalism spree that occurred in Mount Pleasant recently.
Police say stolen holiday displays were dumped outside of Westlake High School. They say a custodian, who found the decorations Sunday near the school's entrance, threw them in the garbage because he didn't know they were stolen. Police are looking into videotapes from homeowners? security systems that may help them solve the crimes.
