The U.S Military Academy West Point just celebrated a big day in Albany.
Wednesday marked the 72nd annual West Point Day.
Sen. James Skoufis invited West Point senior leaders and New York state cadets to attend.
The day highlights their accomplishments, dedication and service.
"Our future of democracy and freedom and fearlessness, courage and integrity are in very, very good hands." said Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins.
Two Rockland county natives were among the cadets representing New York.
Ella St. Louis, from New City, and Christina Vozzo, from Valley Cottage, were two of 14 cadets who met with local congressional leaders on Wednesday.
