SCHOOL CLOSINGS: Closings, delays and schedule changes in Westchester

Students rallied after noticing his absence at the beginning of the school year.
East Ramapo Superintendent Clarence Ellis announced at a recent board meeting that Evelyns will resume patrols at the high school.
