Chick-fil-A says some of its grilled filets and grilled nuggets contain a dairy allergen.

Officials say their supplier accidentally added the ingredient to the recipe, which is affecting locations nationwide.

Even though the dairy item won't matter to most customers, it does pose a threat to people with related allergies.

The chain says it's taking actions toward preventing a mistake like this from happening again.
