A solidarity gathering for Israel was held at the Beth El Synagogue Center in New Rochelle to show support for Israel and the Jewish community worldwide. 

This comes as many are remembering the hundreds of innocent lives that have been lost in the violence. 

Monday night's gathering was open to the whole community and the Inter-Religious Coalition of New Rochelle attended and stood in unity with the Jewish community.
