A private soccer academy in the Hudson Valley is continuing their unique learning experience during the pandemic.
FC Malaga City New York in Lagrangeville has been educating teammates together for years.
They then go out on the field and practice together.
This pod-style learning experience has been adapted by many throughout the pandemic.
"All the schools are shut down, but for us, we're like our own little pod," says FC Malaga City New York’s Nate Lawrence. "So we can still go to the school and play soccer together and that's just amazing," adds Quinn McNutt.
News 12 will have an in-depth story on the academy next week.
