Police: Man facing drug charges following compliance inspection

On Friday night in Newburgh, a shooting incident occurred resulting in one person being shot and an SUV being discovered with multiple bullet holes.

According to a city source, the shooting took place at the intersection of Hasbrouck and Mill Streets.

Initially, the damaged SUV was located, and shortly after, the gunshot victim self-reported to St. Luke's Hospital with injuries reported as non-life-threatening.

Investigations into the incident are currently underway.
