A second person is charged in a cross-burning incident that took place at a black Cortlandt family's home.
Police arrested Ryan Martin, 19, Monday in front of his Montrose home. He's charged with aggravated harassment. Authorities claim to have surveillance video of Martin and his friend, 20-year-old Christopher Hudak, purchasing $3 worth of gasoline on Nov. 21.
A cross was burned later that day on the Artope family's lawn. Officials believe it was revenge for a school fight involving Hudak's sister and Timothy Artope.
Martin is being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail. He's due back in court next week.
Hudak's case was adjourned until Dec. 14.
