A second person has been arrested in connection with a train fire on the Catskill Mountain Railroad in Ulster County.
Kingston police said 29-year-old James Adelman started a fire inside a cab on New Year's Day. Firefighters needed two hours to bring the blaze under control.
A 25-year-old man was also arrested earlier this month. Both men are charged with felony criminal mischief and arson.
