Daniel Schuler's attorney now is pointing to a gum numbing medication to explain the toxicology report in the Taconic crash tragedy.

Dominic Barbara alleges Diane Schuler took Anbesol, an over-the-counter treatment for tooth pain, before driving her two children and three nieces the wrong way and crashing on the Taconic State Parkway. The crash killed seven people total, including three Yonkers men in another car . Barbara says Anbesol led to the .19 BAC a medical examiner found in Diane Schuler's system.

Police say Diane Schuler smoked marijuana and drank the equivalent of 10 shots of liquor before the crash.
