yesterdayScarsdale man is facing charges in connection with a deadly car accident in the Bronx.
The NYPD says Adam Vilajeti is accused of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident.
They say his vehicle struck a Bronx man on White Plains Road just after 4 a.m. Sunday.
That man was then thrown into a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
The victim later died at Jacobi Medical Center.
