Saugerties police: Man faces burglary, endangering welfare of a child charges

Saugerties police say 37-year-old Jason Dominguez pushed his way into a home in Glasco in the Town of Saugerties, threw the victim to the floor and took their cellphone to keep them from calling the police.

A Hudson Valley man is accused of forcing his way into someone's home and throwing them to the ground - all in front of a little girl.
Saugerties police say 37-year-old Jason Dominguez pushed his way into a home in Glasco in the Town of Saugerties, threw the victim to the floor and took their cellphone to keep them from calling the police.
The victim's 9-year-old daughter saw the alleged assault.
Officers arrested Dominguez, who faces several charges, including burglary and endangering the welfare of a child.
Dominguez is scheduled to be back in court in a couple weeks.
