A water main break Saturday in Haverstraw caused frustration for some residents.
It happened around noon at Madison Avenue and Suffern Lane.
About 50 customers had their water shut off, but United Water expects full water pressure to be restored to most customers by Saturday evening.
There is currently no boil water advisory in effect, although United Water does say that some homes may temporarily have discolored water.
