According to recent reports, five MTA supervisors are accused of abusing their power while running out the work day.
According to the New York Post, the five foremen are accused of taking company cars for personal errands, using workers as chauffeurs, cheating on time sheets and relaxing at local parks.
Published reports say one of the foremen was paid more than $95,000 in 2013. A sixth foreman is reportedly also believed to be involved, but he retired before any charges were filed.
A MTA spokesperson says Metro-North has "sought to dismiss" the men, adding all of the companies "employees are expected to put in a full day's work for a full day's pay."
The spokesperson says the accused have been suspended without pay.
Investigators believe the mismanagement spreads to 121 stations.
