A teenager accused in a deadly shooting in Asbury Park last summer will be charged as an adult.

Joseph Argilagos, 17, and Lydell Brown, 19, are both charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Dariel Vernet on July 8, 2022.

Both are also facing weapons charges.
