According to authorities, David Brooks Jr. was selling narcotics while being supervised by Dutchess County Probation for a felony drug conviction last year.

A Poughkeepsie man is behind bars after selling narcotics under probation.
The Dutchess County Drug Force issued a warrant for David Brooks Jr.'s arrest Tuesday after he was indicted by a grand jury.
Authorities say the 22-year-old was selling narcotics while being supervised by Dutchess County Probation for his 2022 felony drug charge.
Task force agents arrested Brooks on Thursday at Dutchess County Probation. He was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the and three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Brooks is currently being held at the Dutchess County Jail awaiting his appearance in court.
