Mary Jane's Dairy Bar in Newburgh reopened its doors Friday on Route 9W.
The business had closed last February after an alleged drunk driver crashed his car into the popular ice cream stand.
Those who are looking to get a scoop at Mary Jane's Dairy Bar can do so Monday through Friday until 9 p.m.
