The NYPD says it shut down an illegal nightclub at 360 Jefferson St. in Bushwick Saturday night.
According to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, police found alcohol, marijuana, mushrooms and alleged meth, which led to the arrest of 28-year-old Saimon Honlader, of Queens and 22-year-old Milos Sokorac, of Staten Island.
A source says one of them admitted to being the promoter for the club, while the other said he was an employee there.
The source also says there were over 40 people in the party, and some exits were blocked off.
"I feel like I missed out, I feel like there's been this illegal nightclub happening around me, and I didn't even know about it until it was over," laughed Lia Rosenblatt, who lives and works in the area.
Alana Yofee, who also lives nearby and had went to an event there, also shrugged it off, saying "there's a lot of that around here."
Despite the fact that police say the building is only approved for "commercial or factory-type use," it wasn't exactly a secret what was going on inside.
"They definitely have events here every so often," said one neighbor walking by - something multiple others backed up off camera.
"There was just like a techno event, there was music, everyone was dancing," said Yofee, remembering the event she went to there.

According to the listing, guests can bring their own alcohol and DJ and have no noise restrictions.
"You'll just see people here after the fact drunk or whatever, just hanging out, or I don't know but most of them come out pretty tweaked out," one neighbor said.
While Yofee says she would often also see people coming out of there, "no one was ever rude to me, or I didn't feel unsafe or anything."
The NYPD says the bust was a team effort with the department of buildings and FDNY, after they received multiple violations and 311 noise complaints, although there are none listed for that address by the city online.
"Once I walk like maybe two minutes down that way, I can't hear anything, so even if I lived right next door, I don't think I'd really have a complaint or anything," said Yofee.
For now, the city says it has issued a partial vacate order on the building, closing off both the basement and the first floors, which it is where it appears the event space is, with an office above that.
News 12 tried to get in contact with both the building's owner and the operators of the event space, and so far, has not heard back.
