Wen Tao Yu was last seen Thursday morning leaving his home on West 5th Street, according to authorities.

Wen Tao Yu was last seen Thursday morning leaving his home on West 5th Street, according to authorities. He was wearing a black jacket, pants, hat and shoes.
Police say he has gone missing once before.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
