Police say a hit-and-run driver killed a mother of three Saturday night in Orange County.
They say 34-year-old Kiera Babcock was found dead, lying on the side of State Street in Otisville.
Babcock was fatally struck in front of Ule's Truck and Auto Repair where a passerby made the discovery the next day.
John Uleberg owns the shop, and says Babcock would walk by to go to a friend's house nearby at least three times a day.

Uleberg said he saw her walking on Saturday - not long before police believe she was killed.

State police have remained tight-lipped about the incident, but say they are looking for leads and a description of the car that hit her.
