Police in Newburgh are looking for a missing high school junior who could be in danger.
Nevaeh Lahoz, 16, was last seen on the campus of NFA Main on March 17.
Her mother, Dawn Gray, tells News 12 she reported Lahoz missing the next day when she didn’t come home.
Gray says they believe her daughter may have run away but could be under the influence of drugs with an adult man.
“We love her. We are missing without her. We are not perfect, and we have issues, but we just need her home with us," said Gray.
Lahoz is 5 feet, 2 inches, 125 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. Her mother believes the teen may still be in the City of Newburgh.
Anyone with information is asked to call City of Newburgh Police at 845-561-3131 or Hope Alive 845 at 845-866-0442.
