Police are searching for a driver after reports of a hit-and-run in Newburgh early this morning.
The incident happened on Broadway between Carpenter Avenue and Lutheran Street.
Witnesses say a car hit a pedestrian and then took off just after midnight.
The victim is reportedly in serious condition.
