Peekskill police are probing whether a man's fatal drop from a Peekskill home Sunday was an accident or homicide.

Authorities say the 31-year-old man, whose name they are not releasing, fell 30 feet from a multi-family home on North Division Street around 8:30 a.m. News 12 has learned the man did not live at the home.

Investigators say he was either pushed or fell. Anyone with information is asked to call Peekskill police at 914-737-8000.
