A 43-year-old Poughkeepsie man was arrested after police discovered drugs and $5,000 inside of his car earlier this month.

Poughkeepsie police say they responded to a possible overdose at the Quality Inn on Haight Avenue. Officers saw Patrick Lebon outside the room where the overdose was said to be occurring.

Police say a search of his car revealed $5,000 in cash, along with one pound of crack-cocaine and over three ounces of fentanyl.

Lebon is being held at Ducthess County Jail without bail, according to authorities.
