The New York State Police say a person died as a result of a two-vehicle crash on the Newburgh Beacon Bridge Thursday night.
They say the crash involved a Jeep and a tractor-trailer.
The eastbound side of the bridge was closed for a time after the crash. Significant delays were present hours after due to emergency response.
