Police say a man was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer on I-87 in Sloatsburg Saturday night.

Officials say the victim had just been in an accident and was ejected onto the highway after his car hit a guardrail.

They say he was hit by the tractor-trailer around 11 p.m.

Robert Harrington, of Massachusetts, was pronounced dead at the scene.
