Police say they need the public's help finding a man caught on camera breaking into a car in Rye Brook.
The video, from a Ring camera, caught the suspect opening a car door near North Ridge Street and Hutchison River Parkway Thursday night.
Police ask anyone with information to call 914-937-1020.
