For the second time in two weeks, the Ossining Police Department has shut down an illegal massage parlor.

Ossining Police Chief Kevin Sylvester says his officers arrested two employees at the Beijing Health Center Thursday after responding to the location for a medical emergency. 

He say an inspection found that the employees where working without a license. 

People in the neighborhood said they didn't even know a business was operating at the location since it looked like an ordinary home. 

Police say the business had no signage out front and relied on advertising from adult websites. They would not say if there was prostitution happening at the location.
