Police say a 3-year-old boy fell to his death from a high-rise balcony Saturday afternoon in East Harlem.

They say the incident happened at 221 E. 122nd Street.

Officers found the child lying on the third-floor scaffolding after falling from the 29th floor.

The child was rushed to the hospital, where he died.

Police say the boy's parents are not facing any criminal charges. 

The investigation into the child’s death is ongoing.
