Police say two people were shot Saturday night after someone opened fire at a graduation party in Newburgh.
The owner of the home, located on Baltsas Road, said about 100 people were celebrating her son making the honor roll. She said just as the party was about to wrap up, they heard gunshots.
The owner added that many of the guests go to Newburgh Free Academy, and the shooter showed up out of nowhere.
No arrests have been made.
Witnesses told News 12 that they don't believe the victims who were hurt have life-threatening injuries.
