Police say one person was seriously injured after a car crashed into a tree along the Saw Mill Parkway.
They say the driver slammed the car into a tree overnight, sending a passenger to Jacobi Medical Center.
Police say the driver was uninjured, but was arrested for DWI and vehicular assault.
The identity of the driver has not been released at this time.
